Scope of use of flat die moving disc sawdust pellet mill:
Coarse fiber granulation, used for pelleting of various crop stalks, domestic garbage, factory waste, such as wood chips, rice husks, cotton stalks, cotton seed skins, weeds, low adhesion rate, difficult to form materials. 

Working principle of the flat die pellet mill:
The motor drives the main shaft through the gear box 2, the main shaft drives the grinding disc 11 to rotate, and the pressing roller 8 rotates around the pressing roller shaft and rotates the main shaft while rotating the pressing roller. Biomass raw materials are fed into the feeding chamber of the flat die mini pellet mill, and the materials fall on the flat die. The spindle drives the grinding disc to rotate, the pressure roller continuously rolls through the material layer, squeezes the material into the die hole, the material undergoes the process of forming, shape retention, etc. Cut off to form particles, and throw the material out of the material tray.
